  • Bluserena Villages offer a rich, varied and quality restaurant. Chefs will lead you to discover the regional territory, Italian traditions, culinary proposals from the world and with show cooking they will delight you every day with dishes cooked on sight. In each Bluserena Village, there is a central restaurant with air-conditioned rooms and in many also an outdoor shaded area, in the garden or terrace, Il Patio. All the Village also offer the possibility to choose thematic restaurants different than the central one, all for free, open from 12/6 to 9/9 at least 6 days a week, for lunch or dinner, bookable the day before in the Village (subject to availability): gourmet restaurant Il Gusto (table service) and Blu Beach Restaurant (buffet service).
  • With PIÙ - Bluserena Full Board you have the right, for each restaurant, to one access per week, with Extra Pension two accesses per week; by booking the Formula Jolly you have unlimited access. All Bluserena Villages have two bars, one in the square and one on the beach.
  • FULL BOARD: Central restaurant: buffet breakfast with non-express coffee (from dispenser), buffet lunch and dinner and show cooking, wine on tap and microfiltered water included with meals. The other restaurants of the Village offer the possibility to choose thematic restaurants different than the central one (subject to availability).
  • WITH PIÙ - BLUSERENA FULL BOARD you are entitled to one access per week for each restaurant with the Jolly Formula with unlimited access. It also includes: lunch reserved for children of the Mini Club and children of the Teeny Club and of the Junior Club from 12/6 to 9/9. In the bars: microfiltered water. On the beach: one beach umbrella assigned per room with a sunbed and a deckchair. Baby kitchen/Baby Feeding Facility dedicated to parents for the meals of their children, accessible from 6:00 a.m. to midnight, with assistance and availability of basic products during main meal times.
  • EXTRA BLUSERENA ALL INCLUSIVE OFFER: In addition to the services offered by FULL BOARD “PIÙ”: At the main Bar: coffee bar, soft drinks and draft beer, fruit juices (all in 20 cl glasses); syrups and slushes; selection of national and international liqueurs, liquors and spirits; aperitfs. Cocktail selection from 19:30 till, at the main bar. Beach bar: coffee bar, soft drinks (orange soda and coke) and draft beer in 20 cl glasses; selection of liqueurs and wine. Bar point at the main restaurant: breakfast with coffee bar; at lunch and dinner two tap drinks in 20 cl glasses (orange soda, coke or draft beer) per person, from 3 years old going up. The other restaurants in the Village: all the Villages offer the possibility to choose thematic restaurants different than the central one, subject to availability. In Extra Board you have two accesses per week for each restaurant, with Jolly Formula unlimited access, subject to availability. On the beach: use of a beach towel per person from 12 years, with change after the 1st week (additional washes are subject to charges). This option can be booked for at least 7 nights (and only for all components of the room or booking in any case connected), it includes personal drinks, served in glasses, available until 2.00 p.m. on the day of departure. In order to access the services it is necessary to use the Smart Card and wear the specific armband. The Extra Formula is subject to limited availability, cannot be used to offer drinks to third parties, can be revoked by the Customer at any time and by Bluserena in case of non compliance with the regulation, in both cases returning to the price of “PIÙ” Bluserena Full Board.
  • JOLLY FORMULA: It gives the right to unlimited access to the thematic restaurants of the Village, upon reservation during the stay, through the online BluserenaGo area. The formula is available from 12/6 to 9/9 and subject to limited availability.
  • BABY KITCHEN/BABY FEEDING FACILITY: Dedicated to parents (with tables, chairs and high chairs) for meals of their children 0-3 years, with assistance and availability of basic products during the main meal times. Homogenized, cheeses and milk for infants in both liquid and powder form are not available. It is accessible from 6.00 a.m. to midnight, during closing times it is possible to request milk to the reception staff.

  • 494 camere rinnovate nel 2023 e bagni rinnovati nel 2024, poste in edifici da due o tre piani, mediamente a 300 m dal mare. Sono suddivise in camere Classic, Superior, Family, Premium e camere comunicanti, tutte con Wi-Fi. Le camere al piano terra dispongono di giardino, quelle al primo e secondo piano di balconcino. Su richiesta possibilità di camere per diversamente abili.
  • Camera Classic: Camere per 2 ospiti con zona notte rinnovata nel 2023 e bagno rinnovato nel 2024, alcune con possibilità di 3° letto aggiunto in divano letto singolo. Sono dotate di aria condizionata, TV, mini-frigo, cassaforte, bagno. Sono disponibili Classic Garden al piano terra con giardino e Classic Balcony al 1° o 2° piano con balconcino.
  • Camera Superior: Camere per 3 e 4 ospiti ospiti con zona notte rinnovata nel 2023 e bagno rinnovato nel 2024, con possibilità di 4° letto aggiunto in divano letto singolo. Sono dotate di aria condizionata, TV, mini-frigo, cassaforte, bagno. Disponibili Superior Garden al piano terra con giardino e Superior Balcony al 1° o 2° piano con balconcino.
  • Camera Family: Camere a 4 posti letto con zona notte rinnovata nel 2023 e bagno rinnovato nel 2024, composte da due ambienti divisi da elementi d'arredo. Sono dotate di aria condizionata, TV con Sky anche per bambini, mini-frigo, bollitore con tè e tisane, cassaforte e 2 teli mare Serenella in omaggio. Disponibili Family Garden al piano terra con giardino e Family Balcony al 1° o 2° piano con balconcino.
  • Camera Premium: Camere per due/tre e 4 ospiti con zona notte rinnovata nel 2023 e bagno rinnovato nel 2024, alcune con possibilità di aggiungere un terzo letto in divano letto singolo. Oltre alle dotazioni delle camere Classic, dispongono di bollitore con tè e tisane, macchina espresso, Wi-Fi, open frigo bar (acqua, 2 bibite e birra), noleggio di un telo mare a persona (a partire dai 3 anni) con cambio giornaliero. Disponibili Premium Garden al piano terra con giardino, Premium Balcony al 1° o 2° piano con balconcino, Premium Sea View al 1° o 2° piano con balconcino vista mare.

Spiaggia
  • Tutti i villaggi Bluserena dispongono di ampie spiagge sabbiose e private. Il mare, con fondale sabbioso e digradante, è adatto per il bagno dei bambini. Posti riservati in spiaggia: a ogni camera viene assegnato un ombrellone con un lettino e una sdraio. Ombrelloni in prima fila a pagamento. Sulla spiaggia, un parco nautico con pedalò, canoe, vela, windsurf e tavole da Paddle Surf. Sono inoltre disponibili spogliatoi e docce, bar e punto informazioni.

  • From 6TH APRIL 2023 on wards, at the Resorts will have a family table, not always the same for the entire stay at the shaded outdoor area of the central restaurant. It will be possible to book at the same time as the confirmation of the stay and subject to availability,  table per family, assigned for the entire stay, in the inner room of the central restaurant,for a fee of € 5 per day per room. In case of bookings of pre-established groups, guests will have table shared with other guests of the group in the indoor or outdoor area according to availability to be verified on site.

  • Smart Card con un supplemento obbligatorio di € 10 per camera. Per i servizi a pagamento è sufficiente la Smart Card, che viene consegnata all'arrivo in struttura. Si tratta di una carta prepagata ricaricabile per gli acquisti presso i bar (escluso il bar SPA dell'Hotel GranSerena), i ristoranti, l'anfiteatro, la Reception e la Thalasso SPA dell'Ethra Reserve. Per ogni ricarica effettuata, un buono dello stesso importo verrà accreditato sulla Smart Card. Questo potrà essere utilizzato per pagare i vostri acquisti (un “buono multiuso” ai sensi dell'art. 6-quater del D.P.R. 633/72, accettato come corrispettivo di beni o servizi). È possibile ricaricare la carta in qualsiasi momento presso la Reception o i bar, fino a un importo massimo di 200 euro (300 euro presso il Kalidria Hotel & Thalasso SPA). Chi ha scelto il pacchetto Extra Pensione Completa o All Inclusive New al Calaserena Resort, deve esibire la Smart Card per usufruire dei servizi aggiuntivi e dei vantaggi del BluserenaPiù Club (per tutti i dettagli si rimanda ai rispettivi regolamenti). La Smart Card può essere utilizzata fino alla partenza, anche per saldare il conto finale. È possibile restituirla alla Reception e recuperare l'eventuale credito residuo, purché pari o superiore a 1 euro. Su richiesta viene rilasciata una ricevuta commerciale. Prima di partire, in caso di credito residuo, è sufficiente depositare la Smart Card e le chiavi della camera nell'apposita cassetta nella Hall.
