Car + RG Naxos

The "Car + Hotel" packages offer the opportunity to build your own holiday in Sicily, customizing it according to your needs, traveling independently with the rental car included in the price.

Each package consists of a rental car and a stay in the main Sicilian hotel properties.

• Each rental day is a fraction of 24 hours; the vehicle must be returned on time or within the next 59 minutes; after this period, an extra rental day will be charged at the official rate.
• The car must be returned to the same airport where it was picked up – for returns at different locations, additional charges will apply and will be communicated at the time of confirmation.
• Pick-up and drop-off of the car at the airport can be carried out during the rental company’s opening hours; outside opening hours, the rental company will charge an extra fee. Please check before booking the flight.
• NORMA VACANZE is not responsible for accidents, delays, damage or loss of luggage or personal belongings, nor for damage caused by third parties or by other events such as floods, storms, hurricanes, landslides, earthquakes, political unrest, terrorist attacks, strikes.
• Norma Vacanze acts only as an intermediary between the customer and the rental company. In the event of disputes with the rental company or accidents, the rules set out in the contract signed at the airport between the customer and the rental company apply, without any involvement of Norma Vacanze.
• Cars are subject to availability and your category may not always be available. If category C is not available at the time of booking, a higher category will be offered at no additional cost.
• Hotel parking is not guaranteed; it will be possible to park in the surrounding area.
• Drivers must have a credit card for check-in.

• Gold Plan insurance - removes deductibles for theft and damage. It also covers glass and tire damage.

THE RATE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

• Fuel
• Fines
• Notification and administrative fees
• One-way rental to be dropped off at another airport
• Child seat
• GPS navigator
• Fuel recovery service, a supplement of €30.00 will be applied if the car is returned with more than 5 liters of missing fuel
• A 59-minute grace period is provided, after which a full day will be charged
• At the time of booking, the car group is guaranteed, not the model

Gold insurance includes

• With Gold, the deductible amount will not be charged. The "Gold" package removes deductibles for damage and total theft and also allows the deductible to be removed for damage to vehicle parts not covered by the "Silver" package, and includes coverage for glass and tires. Partial theft, attempted theft, roof damage, damage to the underside of the vehicle, interior damage, and damage caused by vandalism, riots, etc. are excluded.

Platinum insurance on request

• If the customer purchases a "Platinum" package, the deductible amounts for theft (including partial theft and attempted theft) and damage (including damage to the roof, underside of the vehicle, and interior) will be eliminated, and the PAI services are included (which insure the driver in the event of death, permanent disability, and accidents, with maximum coverage up to €100,000) and 24h "Road Assistance Plus" roadside assistance (covers all towing costs in the event of an at-fault accident and for any other event occurring during the rental)

• Cancellations up to 15 days before departure with full refund.
• Cancellations from 14 to 8 days before departure, 30% penalty.
• Cancellations from 7 to 4 days before departure, 50% penalty.
• In case of cancellation within 3 days before departure, 100% penalty.
• No refund is предусмотрed for no-show or voluntary interruption of a trip already begun.
