DAY 1: ARRIVAL

• Arrival in Tuscany by car, flight, train, accommodation in a hotel in Poggibonsi or Montecatini and overnight stay.

DAY 2: SIENA

• After breakfast, the motorcycle will be delivered to the hotel (if you stay in Poggibonsi) or you will pick it up directly at the rental desk located a few steps from your hotel (if you stay in Montecatini Terme), take the Vespa/Scooter and start the tour discovering Tuscany! Today Siena could be the first stop. Stop at the imposing Cathedral for a visit to the Piccolomini Library, where you can admire the frescoes depicting the life of Pope Pius II. Then take a break in Piazza del Campo, where twice a year the famous horse race "Palio" takes place. Overlooking the square is the Palazzo Pubblico with the Torre del Mangia, 88 meters high, one of the oldest Italian towers. You can also take a break and taste a good cappuccino and the typical ricciarelli and panforte of Siena. Return to the hotel, overnight stay.

DAY 3: CHIANTI ROADS

• After breakfast, discover the Chianti region! You can ride your Vespa towards the characteristic villages of Radda in Chianti, Castellina in Chianti and Gaiole in Chianti. These three villages are the heart of the Chianti region, the area where Chianti Classico wine is produced. Take a walk through the streets of these villages, rich in history and architecture, from the Etruscan and medieval periods. Stop for a glass of wine in one of the beautiful Castles along the road, the Castello di Fonterutoli and the Castello di Brolio can be the right places to stop! Return to the hotel for the overnight stay.

DAY 4: MONTERIGGIONI & SAN GIMIGNANO

• After breakfast, we begin the last day of the Vespa tour! Today you can visit Monteriggioni, one of the best-preserved medieval towns in Tuscany, and take a walk on the 13th-century ramparts. Then continue towards San Gimignano, better known for its tall towers. In the Middle Ages, this town boasted 72 towers, and now only 15 remain. Take a walk in the historic center crossing Piazza della Cisterna and Piazza Duomo, and maybe stop for a delicious ice cream at Gelateria Dondoli, the "World Champion of Ice Cream"! We also suggest stopping in the area for a glass of wine and a tasting of local products! Return to the hotel. Leave the Vespa at the hotel and someone from our staff will come to pick it up. Overnight stay.

DAY 5: FLORENCE & DEPARTURE

• After breakfast, departure for the airport or by your own car. On the way, you can stop in Florence, the greatest art capital in the world, the cradle of the Renaissance! Take a nice walk and see Piazza Duomo, with the dome, Giotto's bell tower and the baptistery. Then head to Piazza della Signoria to see Palazzo Vecchio and the Uffizi. Finally, enjoy a walk on the famous Ponte Vecchio! Arrival at the airport and end of our services.

• 4 overnight stays in a classic double room in a 4* Hotel in Poggibonsi/Montecatini/Siena on a BB basis
• 3 days of Vespa rental from the 2nd to the 4th day (fuel, tolls, and parking excluded) (*)

(*) In case of problems, the indicated hotels may be replaced with others of the same category located in the same cities or within a maximum distance of 30 km, where it will be possible to carry out the program. In case of full hotels, we reserve the right to reverse the tour and/or confirm the reservation in a mid-range hotel with a reduction of 5 euros per person per day. The name of the hotel will be sent to you 14 days before arrival.

(**) In Montecatini Terme, the Vespa/scooter will be picked up directly at the rental office located near the hotel.

• Rates are per person and based on 2 people on the Vespa; if only one person, a surcharge will be applied
• If the Vespa is delivered to the hotel, a surcharge will be applied
• Norma Vacanze is not responsible for accidents, delays, damage or loss of luggage or personal items, nor for damages caused by third parties or others such as floods, storms, hurricanes, landslides, earthquakes, political unrest, terrorist attacks, strikes.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW THAT:

• The Vespa must be returned with a full tank of fuel by the customer.
• 24-hour emergency/assistance number available for our customers in case they have problems with the Vespa, etc.
• In case of emergency, vehicle assistance will be guaranteed 24 hours a day. The customer will have an emergency number
• No daily kilometer limit
• No kilometer limit during the trip
• One Vespa is available per person/tour
• Insurance: civil liability for people and things. Coverage for passenger and driver damages. In case of liability in the accident, the damages to the VESPA are attributed to the driver
• No refund of any deposit or payment received if customers do not meet the requirements to drive in Italy at the time of rental or tour.
• Vespa pickup on the day of delivery with explanation. The VESPAS are delivered to the hotel the morning after arrival at a time to be determined (presumably from 09:00 to 09:30) with vehicle instructions and signing of the rental contract. The pickup will be in the afternoon of the last day, presumably from 18:00 to 19:00
• 24-hour emergency/assistance number available for our customers in case they have problems with the Vespa, etc. In case of emergency, vehicle assistance will be guaranteed 24 hours a day. The customer will have an emergency number

* Vespa supply is limited, in case of Vespa shortage, a scooter with equal performance will be provided.

THE RATE INCLUDES:

• Vespa 125 cc, unlimited mileage
• 2 helmets
• VAT at 22%
• Moped liability insurance - motorcycle civil liability

THE RATES DO NOT INCLUDE:

• Fuel,
• Fines,
• Notification fees

VESPA rental conditions

• The renter must be of legal age and possess a valid identity document.
• The renter must have a credit card.
• The vehicle can only be driven by the persons indicated in the contract.
• Any violation of civil, criminal, or traffic laws will be the responsibility of the signatory of the rental contract.
• The vehicle must be returned on the scheduled day; otherwise, an additional day of rental will be charged.
• The use of the helmet (included in the price) is mandatory.
• The renter must check the general condition of the vehicle before picking it up and must return it in the same good condition.
• The return of the vehicle must take place where agreed upon at the time of rental.
• RCA insurance for third-party damages and coverage of driver damages
• Unless the national driving license was issued by an EU/EFTA member state, it must be accompanied by an international driving permit, to be obtained before departure, or by a sworn translation into Italian

• Cancellations up to 15 days before departure with full refund.
• Cancellations from 14 to 8 days before departure, 30% penalty.
• Cancellations from 7 to 4 days before departure, 50% penalty.
• In case of cancellation within 3 days before departure, 100% penalty.
• No refund is provided for no-shows or voluntary interruption of a trip already started.
