Breakfast at the hotel. This day you are free to relax and explore the city on your own. We suggest visiting the highlights of Rome’s iconic monuments, which is a fascinating sight.
Suggested itinerary: You can visit the Pyramid, the Mouth of Truth, the Circus Maximus, the Baths of Caracalla, and the Colosseum. Then admire Santa Maria Maggiore, Piazza della Repubblica, Piazza Venezia, the Quirinale. Walk through the historic city center and visit the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Via Condotti, Via del Corso, Piazza del Popolo, and Villa Borghese. Continue your visit along the Lungotevere, admire the Palace of Justice and Castel Sant'Angelo. Overnight in Rome.
DAY 3: FLORENCE

Breakfast at the hotel. This day you are free to relax and explore the city on your own or you can choose to spend the day in Florence.
Suggested itinerary: Departure for Florence where you will arrive after about 2 hours and start discovering the city by walking through the center where you can admire the Duomo, Giotto’s bell tower, the Baptistery, Santa Maria Novella square, Piazza della Signoria, and the small church of Orsanmichele. You can dedicate the last part of your itinerary to visiting the Ponte Vecchio and the river that flows beneath it, the Arno. Return and overnight in Rome.
DAY 4: ROME

Breakfast at the hotel. This day you are free to relax and explore the city on your own and in the afternoon you will drive towards the Sorrento area.
Suggested itinerary: Before leaving for Sorrento, we suggest visiting the Vatican Museums, a huge complex of galleries containing some of the most important Italian artworks, from paintings and sculptures to tapestries and classical antiquities. Adjacent to St. Peter’s Basilica, the kilometers of corridors in the Vatican Museums connect buildings and courtyards housing the Picture Gallery, the Egyptian Museum, the Tapestry Gallery, the Pio-Clementino Museum, and the Map Gallery. But the crown jewels are the Sistine Chapel, famous for Michelangelo’s ceiling and The Last Judgment, and the 16th-century frescoes in Raphael’s Rooms. Drive to Sorrento. Overnight in the Sorrento area.
DAY 5: AMALFI COAST
- Breakfast at the hotel. This day you are free to relax and explore the city on your own or you can choose to spend the day on the Amalfi Coast, one of the most spectacular coasts in Europe.
Suggested itinerary: Visit the famous towns of Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello to stroll through the beautiful streets, browse boutiques, or do whatever you like. Stop first in Positano to see the beautiful beach and do some shopping. Continue to Amalfi, famous for its colorful cathedral and its paper-making history. Enjoy some free time in Amalfi for lunch (own expense). Visit the hilltop town of Ravello after lunch to admire the spectacular views. Overnight stay.
DAY 6: CAPRI & ANACAPRI
- Breakfast at the hotel. This day you are free to relax and explore the city on your own or you can choose to spend the day in Capri.
Suggested itinerary: Take in the Mediterranean breeze as you boat to the island. Head to the elegant town of Capri and take a walking tour, which includes a visit to the Gardens of Augustus overlooking the Faraglioni rocks. Then choose to visit the hill village of Anacapri or take the chairlift to Monte Solaro. In the afternoon, return by car to the Sorrento area. Overnight.
DAY 7: POMPEII & CASERTA
- Breakfast at the hotel. This day you must drive back to Rome. We suggest visiting Pompeii and/or Caserta.
Suggested itinerary: Start your day driving to Pompeii. After the eruption of Vesuvius in 79 AD, Pompeii remained buried and forgotten for centuries under lava. Excavations, already started in the 18th century, continue to this day. Walk along some of the ancient streets where you can see the baths, forums, and villas built by wealthy Romans around 80 BC. It is almost incredible how the fabulous frescoes decorating the walls and floors of the villas have been preserved. In the afternoon, drive to Caserta to visit the Royal Palace of Caserta, commissioned in the 18th century by Charles of Bourbon, King of Naples and Sicily, and known as the largest royal residence in the world. It was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997. Return to Rome for overnight stay.
DAY 8: THE TOUR ENDS AFTER BREAKFAST
- Today your journey ends after breakfast. Check out at 10:00 AM. Drive to Rome airport and return the rental car at the rental desk.

Gold insurance includes
- With Gold, the deductible amount will not be charged. The "Gold" package eliminates the deductibles for damages and total theft and allows the elimination of the deductible also for damages to parts of the vehicle not covered by the "Silver" package and includes coverage for glass and tires. Partial theft, attempted theft, roof damage, damage to the underside of the vehicle, interior damage, and damages caused by vandalism, riots, etc., are excluded.
Platinum Insurance (on request)
- If the customer purchases a "Platinum" package, the deductible amounts for theft (including partial theft and attempted theft) and damages (including damages to the roof, underside of the vehicle, and interiors) will be eliminated, and the PAI services (which cover the driver in case of death, permanent disability, and accidents, with a maximum coverage up to €100,000) and "Road Assistance Plus" 24h roadside assistance (covers all towing costs in case of an accident with fault and for any other event occurring during the rental) are included.
