DAY 1: ARRIVAL

• Arrival at the hotel. No activities are planned for this day. Free time to explore the city on your own. Overnight stay.

DAY 2: CINQUE TERRE

• Breakfast at the hotel. Full day dedicated to visiting the Cinque Terre. After reaching La Spezia train station, departure by train to Riomaggiore - which is reached in just 7 minutes - visit the village and continue by train towards Manarola. Visit the characteristic village. Continuing the journey by train you reach Vernazza, the most picturesque of the five villages. If you are good walkers, we recommend continuing to Monterosso following trail no. 2: it lasts about 2 hours, but it is truly a beautiful experience. Walking up and down, you will have a wonderful view of these hills overlooking the Mediterranean. Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 3: PORTOVENERE & PALMARIA ISLAND

• Breakfast at the hotel. It is recommended to dedicate the day to trekking (optional). Once you arrive in Portovenere, use the boat service to reach Palmaria Island, the largest of the three islands in the Gulf of Poets. You disembark at the Terrizzo pier, where the island tour begins. It is an easy and very scenic route, at times spectacular; there are fortifications from the last century and the ancient marble quarries of "portoro"; the actual walking time of the trail is quite short - about 2 hours -, 7 km in total. In the evening, return to the hotel, dinner at a local restaurant and overnight stay.

DAY 4: LERICI & GULF OF POETS

• Breakfast at the hotel. The day can be dedicated to visiting the town of Lerici, on the eastern shore of the Gulf of Poets. Lerici was the stronghold of the Maritime Republic of Pisa and from that period it preserves the castle and the village. A visit to the village of Tellaro is also recommended, a typical example of a Ligurian fishing village, perched on the sea. In the afternoon, wine tasting at a local winery. Return to the hotel, overnight stay.

DAY 5: RAPALLO & PORTOVENERE

• Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast departure towards Rapallo. During the journey, a stop is recommended at the ancient village of Portovenere, once a stronghold of the Maritime Republic of Genoa. A visit to the 12th century castle, the little church of San Pietro - which overlooks the sea in front of the lush Palmaria island, the 11th century parish church of San Lorenzo and the "alleys": small lanes, alleys made lively and colorful by numerous local craft shops and typical products, which make up the village itself. Arrival at the hotel, overnight stay.

DAY 6: PORTOFINO

• After breakfast at the hotel, head to Santa Margherita Ligure to take the ferry to Portofino, one of the trendiest fishing villages on the Ligurian Riviera. Relaxation is the order of the day: we recommend shopping in the city boutiques before enjoying a panoramic drink at sunset. After spending the day exploring Portofino, return to Santa Margherita Ligure by boat. Overnight stay.

DAY 7: BAY OF SILENCE AND GULF OF TIGULLIO

• Breakfast at the hotel. We recommend visiting the village of Sestri Levante and its splendid bay: the Bay of Silence. You can continue the day walking towards the Punta Manara promontory, triangular in shape in the Gulf of Tigullio, which extends between the Ligurian towns of Sestri Levante and Riva Trigoso. In the evening, dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel, overnight stay.

DAY 8: THE TOUR ENDS AFTER BREAKFAST

• Breakfast at the hotel. Check-out at 10:00 and end of our services. Thank you and goodbye.

(*) It may happen that, in case of problems, the indicated hotels can be replaced with others of the same category located in the same cities or up to 30 km away where it will be possible to carry out the program. In case of fully booked hotels, we reserve the right to reverse the tour and/or confirm the reservation in a mid-range hotel with a reduction of 5 euros per person per day. The name of the hotel will be sent to you 14 days before arrival.

• Parking at the hotel is not guaranteed, but it will be possible to find it nearby.
