DAY 1: ARRIVAL (KM 50)
DAY 2: LAKE MAGGIORE (KM 110)
Breakfast at the hotel. Full day dedicated to visiting "Lake Maggiore". The good weather conditions throughout the year favor a typically Mediterranean background. From Stresa, it is recommended to visit the "Borromean Islands" - by boat - (Isola Madre and Isola Bella) where you can find splendid examples of Italian-style gardens. Along the lake, towards Pallanza, near Punta Castagnola, you can visit "Villa Taranto," famous for its beautiful park. Overnight stay.
DAY 3: LAKE COMO (KM 80)
After breakfast, departure for Lake Como. Stop in Como and visit the city: the Cathedral, the Church of Sant'Abbondio, Broletto Palace. If you have time, take the funicular from Como to Brunate for a splendid view of all the panoramic spots of Como. Overnight in the Como area.
DAY 4: LAKE COMO (KM 75)
DAY 5: LAKE GARDA
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Lake Garda. On this day you are free to relax and explore the city on your own. We suggest taking a tour of Lake Garda stopping at the most famous towns around the lake such as Desenzano, Sirmione, Malcesine, Limone, and Salo'. Each of them has a different history and traditions dating back before the Middle Ages.
Suggested itinerary: Start from Sirmione to visit its famous Castle, continue to Desenzano with its Castle and Roman Villa. Continue the tour with Salo' to admire its wonderful lakeside; next stop at Limone, famous for its lemon groves and finally Malcesine, another well-known tourist spot on the Veronese shore of upper Garda and a famous medieval village.
DAY 6: LAKE IDRO & ISEO
Breakfast at the hotel. Free day to relax or explore the beautiful towns of Lakes Idro and Iseo.
Suggested itinerary: Reach Lake Idro, a splendid lake rich in monasteries and churches. We recommend visiting the "Monastery of San Bartolomeo" (Serle), a Benedictine sacred building with an over a thousand-year history, located in a splendid panoramic position on Monte Orsino at 993 meters above sea level: from here you can admire not only Lake Garda but also the entire Serle area. Continue towards Lake Iseo and we recommend visiting Lovere, one of the most beautiful ancient villages in Italy located on the northern tip of Lake Iseo. Return to the hotel and overnight stay.
DAY 7: VERONA & PADUA (KM 360)
Breakfast at the hotel. Today we suggest visiting Verona and Padua.
Suggested itinerary: Arrive in Verona parking in Piazza Bra: immediately you find the symbol of the city, the Verona Arena, one of the largest surviving Roman amphitheaters. Continue along Via Mazzini and arrive at Piazza delle Erbe, one of the most characteristic squares in Verona: ancient houses with towers, arcades, and fountains, including the central one with a Roman statue and Juliet's house. Continue the day by car towards Padua and visit the Scrovegni Chapel with the Church of the Eremitani and the Art Gallery. Together with the Sistine Chapel, these are the two masterpieces everyone should admire in their lifetime. We also suggest visiting the Basilica of Saint Anthony. Overnight with family). Return to the hotel and overnight stay.
DAY 8: THE TOUR ENDS AFTER BREAKFAST
