DAY 1: ROME

• Arrival at Rome airport. After picking up the rental car, drive to Rome. No activities are planned for this day. Free time to explore the city independently. Overnight stay.

DAY 2: ROME

• Breakfast at the hotel. Today you are free to relax and explore the city independently or you can choose to spend the day in Rome.

  Suggested itinerary: Visit the Vatican Museums, one of the world’s largest art collections, then continue by visiting the highlights of Rome’s iconic monuments, a fascinating sight. You will visit the Pyramid, the Mouth of Truth, the Circus Maximus, Piazza Navona, and the Pantheon. Overnight stay in Rome.

DAY 3: FLORENCE

• Breakfast at the hotel. Today you are free to relax and explore the city independently or you can choose to spend the day in Florence.

  Suggested itinerary: Departure for Florence, where you will arrive after about 2 hours, and begin discovering the city by walking through the center, where you can admire the cathedral, Giotto’s bell tower, the Baptistery, Santa Maria Novella Square, Piazza della Signoria, and the small church of Orsanmichele. You can devote the last part of your itinerary to visiting Ponte Vecchio and the river that flows beneath it, the Arno. Return to Rome. Overnight stay in Rome.

DAY 4: AMALFI COAST

• Breakfast at the hotel. Today you are free to relax and explore the city independently or you can choose to spend the day on the Amalfi Coast, one of the most spectacular coastlines in Europe.
  
  Suggested itinerary: Visit the famous towns of Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello to stroll through the beautiful streets, browse the boutiques, or do whatever you prefer. Stop first in Positano to see the beautiful beach and do a bit of shopping. Continue to Amalfi, famous for its colorful cathedral and its history linked to paper production. Enjoy some free time in Amalfi for lunch (at your own expense). After lunch, visit the hilltop town of Ravello to admire the spectacular views. Overnight stay.

DAY 5: THE TOUR ENDS AFTER BREAKFAST

• Today your trip ends after breakfast. Check-out at 10:00. Drive to Rome airport and return the car at the rental desk.

• The car can be delivered to a different airport from the one where it is picked up (upon request). Each day of rental is based on a 24-hour period; the vehicle must be returned punctually or within the following 59 minutes; Car pickup and drop-off at the airport will take place during Noleggiare’s opening hours; after those hours, the rental company will charge an extra fee. Please check before booking your flight!
• Norma Vacanze acts only as an intermediary between the customer and the rental company. In the event of disputes with the rental company or accidents, the rules established in the contract signed at the airport between the customer and the rental company apply, with no involvement whatsoever from Norma Vacanze.
• Norma Vacanze is not responsible for accidents, delays, damage to or loss of baggage or personal belongings, nor for damage caused by third parties or by other events such as floods, storms, hurricanes, landslides, earthquakes, political unrest, terrorist attacks, strikes.
• Each customer may independently choose whether to follow the suggested itinerary or create one based on their own needs. However, it is essential to respect the schedule regarding the cities where overnight stays are planned.
• Cars are subject to availability and your category may not always be available. If category C is not available at the time of booking, a higher category will be offered with an extra cost that will be communicated before the confirmation of each booking.
• Hotel parking is not guaranteed; it will be possible in the surrounding areas.
• The rate includes the rental of a category C car for the entire duration of the stay with the "GOLD" insurance package; with an extra cost it is possible to book Platinum insurance.
• Car pickup and drop-off at the airport will take place from 08:00 to 22:30 at the Noleggiare desk; after those hours, the rental company will charge an extra fee.
• Each day of rental is based on a 24-hour period; the vehicle must be returned punctually or within the following 59 minutes; after this period, an extra day of rental will be charged at the official rate.
• Drivers must have a credit card for check-in.

THE RATE INCLUDES:

• Category C car, unlimited mileage;
• 22% VAT;
• Airport, railway, and car fees;
• Motor vehicle third-party liability insurance;
• Gold Plan insurance - eliminates deductibles for theft and damage. It also covers damage to glass and tires.

THE RATES DO NOT INCLUDE:

• Fuel,
• Fines,
• Notification fees,
• One-way rental drop-off at another airport,
• Child seat,
• GPS navigator,
• Fuel recovery service, a surcharge of €30.00 will be applied if the car is returned with more than 5 liters of missing fuel.
• A tolerance of 59 minutes is allowed, after which a full day will be charged.
• At the time of booking, the car category is guaranteed, not the model.

The Gold insurance includes

• With Gold, the deductible amount will not be charged. The "Gold" package eliminates deductibles for damage and total theft and also allows the deductible to be waived for damage to vehicle parts not covered by the "Silver" package and includes coverage for glass and tires. Partial theft, attempted theft, roof damage, damage to the underside of the vehicle, interior damage, and damage caused by vandalism, riots, etc. are excluded.

Platinum insurance (upon request)

• If the customer purchases a "Platinum" package, the deductible amounts for theft (including partial theft and attempted theft) and damage (including damage to the roof, underside of the vehicle, and interiors) will be eliminated, and PAI services are included (which cover the driver in case of death, permanent disability, and accidents, with maximum coverage up to €100,000) and "Road Assistance Plus" 24-hour roadside assistance (covers all towing costs in the event of an at-fault accident and for any other event occurring during the rental).

• Cancellations up to 15 days before departure with a full refund.
• Cancellations from 14 to 8 days before departure, 30% penalty.
• Cancellations from 7 to 4 days before departure, 50% penalty.
• In case of cancellation within 3 days before departure, 100% penalty.
• No refund is provided for no-show or voluntary interruption of a trip already started.
