DAY 1: ROME

• Arrival at Rome airport. After picking up the rental car, drive to Rome. There are no planned activities on this day. Free time to explore the city on your own. Overnight stay.

DAY 2: ROME

• Breakfast at the hotel. Today you are free to relax and explore the city on your own or you can choose to spend the day in Rome.

  Suggested itinerary: Visit the Vatican Museums, one of the largest art collections in the world, continue visiting the highlights of Rome’s iconic monuments, which is a fascinating sight. You will visit the Pyramid, the Mouth of Truth, the Circus Maximus, Piazza Navona, and the Pantheon. Overnight in Rome.

DAY 3: FLORENCE

• Breakfast at the hotel. Today you are free to relax and explore the city on your own or you can choose to spend the day in Florence.

  Suggested itinerary: Departure for Florence where you will arrive after about 2 hours and begin to discover the city by walking through the center where you can admire the cathedral, Giotto’s bell tower, the Baptistery, Santa Maria Novella square, Piazza della Signoria, and the small church of Orsanmichele. You can dedicate the last part of your itinerary to visiting Ponte Vecchio and the river that flows beneath it, the Arno. Return to Rome. Overnight in Rome.

DAY 4: AMALFI COAST

• Breakfast at the hotel. Today you are free to relax and explore the city on your own or you can choose to spend the day on the Amalfi Coast, one of the most spectacular coasts in Europe.
  
  Suggested itinerary: Visit the famous towns of Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello to stroll through the beautiful streets, browse the boutiques, or do whatever you like. Stop first at Positano to see the beautiful beach and do some shopping. Continue to Amalfi, famous for its colorful cathedral and its paper-making history. Enjoy some free time in Amalfi for lunch (own expenses). Visit the hilltop town of Ravello after lunch to admire the spectacular views. Overnight stay.

DAY 5: THE TOUR ENDS AFTER BREAKFAST

• Today your trip concludes after breakfast. Check out at 10:00 AM. Drive to Rome airport and return the car at the rental desk.

• The car can be delivered at a different airport from the pickup location (upon request). Each rental day has a 24-hour fraction, the vehicle must be returned on time or within the following 59 minutes; Car pickup and delivery at the airport will be during Noleggiare company opening hours; after these hours the rental company will charge an extra fee. Please check before booking your flight!
• Norma Vacanze only acts as an intermediary between the customer and the rental company. In case of disputes with the rental company or accidents, the rules established in the contract signed at the airport between the customer and the rental company apply, without any involvement of Norma Vacanze.
• Norma Vacanze is not responsible for accidents, delays, damage or loss of luggage or personal items, nor for damages caused by third parties or others such as floods, storms, hurricanes, landslides, earthquakes, political unrest, terrorist attacks, strikes.
• Each customer can independently choose whether to follow the suggested itinerary or instead create one according to their own needs. It is however essential to follow the schedule related to the cities where overnight stays are planned.
• Cars are subject to availability and your category may not be available at all times. If category C is not available at the time of booking, a higher category will be offered with an extra charge that will be communicated before confirming each booking.
• Hotel parking is not guaranteed, it will be possible in the surrounding area.
• The rate includes the rental of a category C car for the entire duration of the stay with the "GOLD" insurance package; with an extra charge it is possible to book the Platinum insurance.
• Car pickup and delivery at the airport will be from 08:00 to 22:30 at the Noleggiare booth; after these hours the rental company will charge an extra fee.
• Each rental day has a 24-hour fraction, the vehicle must be returned on time or within the following 59 minutes; after this period an extra rental day will be charged at the official rate.
• Drivers must have a credit card for check-in.

THE RATE INCLUDES:

• 22% VAT;
• Airport, railway, and car fees;
• Car liability insurance - car civil liability;
• Gold Plan Insurance - eliminates deductibles for theft and damage. Also covers glass and tire damage.

THE RATES DO NOT INCLUDE:

• Fuel,
• Fines,
• Notification fees,
• Rental for drop-off at another airport,
• Child seat,
• GPS navigator,
• Fuel recovery service, a surcharge of €30.00 will be applied if the car is returned with more than 5 liters of fuel missing.
• There is a tolerance of 59 minutes, after which a full day will be charged.
• At the time of booking, the car category is guaranteed, not the model.

Gold insurance includes

• With Gold, the deductible amount will not be charged. The "Gold" package eliminates the deductibles for damages and total theft and allows the elimination of the deductible also for damages to parts of the vehicle not covered by the "Silver" package and includes coverage for glass and tires. Partial theft, attempted theft, roof damage, damage to the underside of the vehicle, interior damage, and damages caused by vandalism, riots, etc., are excluded.

Platinum Insurance (on request)

• If the customer purchases a "Platinum" package, the deductible amounts for theft (including partial theft and attempted theft) and damages (including damages to the roof, underside of the vehicle, and interiors) will be eliminated, and the PAI services (which cover the driver in case of death, permanent disability, and accidents, with a maximum coverage up to €100,000) and "Road Assistance Plus" 24h roadside assistance (covers all towing costs in case of an accident with fault and for any other event occurring during the rental) are included.

• Cancellations up to 15 days before departure with full refund.
• Cancellations from 14 to 8 days before departure, 30% penalty.
• Cancellations from 7 to 4 days before departure, 50% penalty.
• In case of cancellation within 3 days before departure, 100% penalty.
• No refund is provided for no-shows or voluntary interruption of an already started trip.
