• VOI Arenella Resort extends over more than 65 hectares of greenery, the property is one of the largest holiday resorts in Sicily. In addition to the beauty of the coast and clear waters, guests can discover the nearby towns of Noto, Marzamemi, Modica, Taormina, Agrigento, and the wonderful Ortigia, with its baroque architecture. Several areas have been renovated in the last season: the bar, the pizzeria, the pools and surrounding solarium, the amphitheater, and two new paddle courts.

• Two swimming pools with a children's area and a fully renovated solarium around them, bazaar, newsstand, library corner, and children's play area. ATM available. Unattended internal parking, with an electric car charging station located in the "Ciane" parking lot. Internal medical service (from mid-June to mid-September), free according to a fixed schedule, with paid availability. Free umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach from the fourth row, in the pool, and on the platforms, subject to availability. Free shuttle service to the beach from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. • ACTIVITIES AND SPORTS: From opening until 05/30 and from 09/28 until closing: light entertainment with gym, tournaments, miniclub during the day; live music in the evening. From 05/30 to 09/28: an expert staff of artists and sports professionals, together with the animation team, organize a wide range of games, tournaments (beach volleyball, five-a-side football, tennis, ping pong), group lessons. Other sports activities during the day: muscle awakening, water gym, aero-fit, Outdoor Fitness activities in contact with nature, music and dances. The sea, protagonist in our resorts, a world to discover thanks to the passion and professionalism of our marine biologists. Cocktail bar courses with local bartenders, by reservation. In the evening, various performances (cabaret, musicals, dance evenings, etc.) or piano bar. At night, parties in the disco, DJ sets, and live music. Foreign guests can enjoy our nightly shows and games, as well as various activities designed to engage them. An International Guest Relations Officer is present in public areas daily to provide information about the resort and the Sicilian area. Once a week, a welcome briefing with the International Guest Relations Officer to illustrate all activities. Sports facilities: 2 bocce courts, five-a-side football field (15 vs 15), illuminated tennis court, beach volleyball court, ping pong table. Children's playground. Outdoor fitness area.
• SPECIAL SPORTS SECTION: Bicycle Center, bicycle rental (mountain bikes, sports bikes, and electric bikes) for individual use or to take a tour of the wonderful surroundings with our bicycle tour guides (also speaking English or German); Water Sports Center equipped with SUP, windsurfing, canoes; offers group windsurfing courses led by professionals for adults and children. Beginners and advanced can practice the sport in the best possible conditions. Service depending on weather conditions and at the discretion of management; Paddle tennis: a new sports area will include two paddle courts. Free individual use and by reservation on site (a deposit for rackets is required). • RESTAURANTS AND BARS: Two bars in the main building and the Pool Bar (open according to weather conditions and management discretion). Bar and self-service restaurant on the beach for a fee. Main restaurant: Main restaurant with buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner, show cooking, and outdoor grill area. Mediterranean cuisine with a wide choice of local and regional dishes, organic products, and attention to food intolerances in the choice of buffet products and gluten-free base. Aretusa Restaurant: from mid-June to September, it is the restaurant dedicated to Comfort and Superior room guests, with reserved tables. Included are appetizers, side dishes, fruit, and desserts in a dedicated buffet, and the full range of grill and show cooking, water, wine, and bottled soft drinks served. At dinner, our Chef offers a special Table d’Hotel Menu with a choice of dishes served at lunch and dinner. Poolside Pizzeria: Offers a wide choice of pizzas and beers. By advance reservation on site, all drinks for a fee, open based on weather conditions and management discretion. Taste Bar: Coffee shop with outdoor veranda (for a fee): tasting of local wines and typical Sicilian sweets or savory products. Every day except Sunday, from 4:00 PM to midnight. • VOIFAMILY: A small village expressly dedicated to families and their needs, with areas and equipment specifically designed for children, with an eye to comfort and safety. Numerous activities for all ages: sports, creative activities, and games, assisted by a professional team with great expertise and passion for their work. Opening hours allow parents to make the most of their stay, respecting the needs and sleep cycles of children. Meals are designed to meet the needs of the little ones in dedicated areas. The VOIFamily Welcome Desk and a guest speaker are available for any family needs.
• VOILA BABY (from 0 to 2.99 years) – from 05/16 to 09/28. Voilà baby A fully equipped nursery with large indoor and outdoor spaces, where children will have fun in a quiet and comfortable environment, just like at home: A nursery equipped with steam sterilizers, bottle warmers, warming plates, dishes, mixer, refrigerator, microwave; and with specific products (clear broth, vegetable soup, fresh fruit, meat/fish/fruit purees, fresh milk, biscuits, yogurt, water, fruit juices, diapers). Products are provided to parents only during assistance hours, from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Access is possible outside these hours. Baby sleep area with assistance (from 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM), cribs for children, and baby linen. Baby Welcome Kit (by reservation and with deposit): stroller, toilet reducer, bathtub, bottle warmer. The deposit ranges from €20.00 to €50.00, depending on the items the customer wishes to receive. Children cannot be left alone! Parents must stay with them! • VOILÀ MINI (3-6.99 years) | VOILÀ KIDS (7-9.99 years) | JUNIOR CLUB (10-12.99 years): (from 05/30 to 09/28): The mini clubs are the paradise of fun. We manage a full program of activities during the day with the right balance of indoor and outdoor time under the careful supervision of our childcare team. Multilingual support from 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM. Outdoor play area. Once a week, our little guests can have the opportunity to have breakfast and participate in a treasure hunt with our mascot VOIlà, the giraffe. Lunch and dinner in a dedicated area with a specific menu for children together with VOI staff. Playroom with TV, video games, board games, and WIFI. Sports: group football and tennis lessons (from 7 years old), dance (from 3 years old). Special sailing section: group windsurfing courses (in optimist) with our professionals, only from 8 years old. Special workshops: circus or juggling school, activities with biologists and naturalists, baby fitness to stay fit, weekly family activities and snacks with natural products made in collaboration with children. Baby dance in the evening and a children's show once a week. Welcome kit: backpack and hat.
• Young Club (13-17.9 years): Dedicated to 13-17.99 years old. They will be surrounded by a mixed group of peers, participating in fun activities, socializing, and staying active. Teenagers will be supervised by one of our entertainers, who will assist them in creating a series of fun activities and games. Assistance in English and German. Daily sports and entertainment program from 10:00 AM to midnight. Special sailing section: group courses in windsurfing, catamaran, and sailing with our Pros. A hangout area with video games and WIFI. Dinner in a dedicated area together with VOI Staff. Party or Disco after the evening show.

• CLASSIC ROOM: 23-34sqm - Classic Double (max 2 pax + crib), Classic Triple (min. 3 – max. 3 pax + crib) Classic Quadruple (max 4 pax + crib, some with possibility of 5th adult bed) Classic The rooms are very spacious and colored in yellow, blue, and white creating a welcoming, informal, and relaxing atmosphere. The Classic Quadruple Rooms consist of a living room with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom.
• FAMILY ROOM: 34 sqm (min. 3 pax, max 4 adults + crib) The Family Rooms are large quadruple rooms with a door dividing the two spaces: a living room with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed, and 1 bathroom.
• PREMIUM ROOM: 23-28 sqm Premium Double (min. 1 – max 2 pax + crib), Premium Triple (min. 3 – max. 3 pax + crib) The Premium rooms, completely renovated and located in the central building, are closer to the services. They also include the following additional services: daily change of beach towels (on request), courtesy set, reserved table at the Aretusa restaurant (until 6/1 and from 9/28 reserved table in a dedicated area of the main restaurant), mini fridge (drinks included, but no refilling), and exclusive daily access to the wellness pool (for guests up to 12 years old).
• PREMIUM FAMILY ROOM: 34 sqm (min. 3 – max 4 pax + crib); The Premium Family Rooms, completely renovated and very spacious, consist of 2 separate rooms divided by a door, 1 living room with 2 single beds, 1 double or matrimonial bedroom, and 1 bathroom.
• COMFORT DOUBLE ROOM: 23 sqm (min. 1 – max 2 pax + crib); The Comfort Rooms are completely renovated with furnishings in soft colors and in the bathroom. The Comfort Quadruple Rooms consist of a living room with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom.
• SUPERIOR ROOM*: 28-34 sqm Superior Double (min. 2 – max 2 pax + crib) Superior Triple (min. 3 – max. 3 pax + crib) Superior Quadruple (min. 4 – max. 4 pax, crib added at maximum occupancy) Completely renovated, they consist of two separate rooms (living room with satellite TV and bedroom with another satellite TV) and a bathroom.
• SUPERIOR JUNIOR SUITE (40 sqm): (min 2 - max. 2 pax + 1 child + crib) The Superior Junior Suite rooms enjoy a central location, surrounded by beautiful gardens. They are close to the main services and ideal for guests seeking greater privacy and comfort. They feature a large living area, 1 bathroom, and a sleeping area with a double bed and two satellite TVs with pay-per-view. In addition to the services included in the Superior rooms, they offer: An umbrella and two sunbeds per room reserved in the 1st row on the beach; Free round-trip transfer to Syracuse (3 transfers/pax for stays of at least 7 nights; 1 transfer/pax for shorter stays).

• The resort is between 250 m and 600 m from a crystal-clear sea. The 4 km coastline in front of the resort is equipped with wooden sun decks (available from 05/15 to 09/18) with umbrellas and sunbeds (subject to availability) with stairs leading to the sea. Beach service is available from 05/01 to 09/30. On the beautiful Arenella beach, there is a reserved and equipped area for our guests, reachable by shuttle bus from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Another small sandy and pebbly beach is available. Beach towels are available with a €20 deposit (towel change for a fee: €2 per change).
