• VOI Arenella Resort are covering over 65 hectares of green land, the property is one of the biggest holiday resorts in Sicily. In addition to the beauty of the coast and the clear waters, guest can discover the nearby cities of Noto, Marzamemi, Modica, Taormina, Agrigento and the wonderfulOrtigia, with its baroque architecture. During the last season several areas were renovated: the bar, the pizzeria, the swimming pools and the solarium around them, the amphitheater and two new paddle courts.

• Two swimming pools with children area and a completely renovated solarium around them, bazaar, newsstand, library corner, games area for children. ATM. Parapharmacy, boutique, luggage storage.  Free WIFI all around the resort.  Internal unguarded parking, with car charging station electric located in the “Ciane” carpark.  Internal Medical Service (mid-June–mid-September), free of charge according to fixed timetable, availability at charge.  Sun umbrella and sunbeds free of charge at the beach, from the fourth row, the swimming pool and the platforms upon availability.  Free shuttle service to the beach from 9.00 to 19.00.  Bus service to Syracuse: twice a day, except on Sunday; euro 5,00 round trip, from 12 y.o.; euro 3,00 round trip for children up to 11 y.o.  Luggage transport by electric vehicles at the arrival and at the departure.
• ACTIVITIES AND SPORTS: From the opening to May 30 and from September 28 until closing, enjoy soft entertainment with a gym, tournaments, and a mini club during the day, complemented by live music in the evening. From May 30 to September 28, our well-experienced staff of artists and sports professionals, alongside the animation team, organizes a variety of activities, including games and tournaments such as beach volleyball, 5-a-side football, tennis, and table tennis, as well as group lessons. Additional sports activities throughout the day include muscle awakening, water aerobics, aero-fit, and outdoor fitness activities that connect with nature, accompanied by music and dance. The sea, a key feature of our resorts, offers a world to be discovered, thanks to the passion and professionalism of our marine biologists. We also provide group bar classes with local bartenders, available upon reservation. Evenings feature various performances, including cabaret, musicals, and dance nights. Nighttime brings disco parties, DJ sets, and live music. Our foreign guests can enjoy nightly shows, games, and a range of activities designed for their involvement. An International Guest Relations Officer is available in public areas daily to provide information about the resort and the surrounding Sicilian area. Additionally, there's a weekly welcome briefing with the International Guest Relation Officer to outline all available activities. Sports Facilities: 2 boules courts, 15-a-side football pitch, Floodlit tennis court,  Beach volleyball court,  Table tennis facilities, Playground for children, Open-air fitness area.  Special Sports Section: Bike Center: Rental of bicycles (mountain bikes, sport bikes, and electric bikes) for individual use or guided tours in the stunning local surroundings (tours are available in English or German). Water Sports Center: Equipped with SUP, windsurfing, and canoes. We offer group windsurfing courses led by professionals for adults and children. Both beginners and advanced participants can enjoy the sport under optimal conditions. Services are weather dependent and at the management's discretion.
• Paddle Tennis: ** A new sports area featuring two paddle courts. Individual use is free of charge and reservation is required on-site (a deposit is required for rackets). Additional Charges: Individual courses (windsurfing, canoeing, paddle), Sports equipment for individual use, PADI Diving Centre (available only in high season) to explore the beauty of the Plemmirio Natural Reserve.
• RESTAURANTS AND BARS: Two bars in the main building and the Pool Bar (open according to the weather conditions and the management’s discretion). Bar and self-service restaurant on the beach at charge. Main Restaurant: Main restaurant with buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, show cooking and open-air grill area. Mediterranean cuisine with a range of local and regional dishes, organic products and care for food intolerance in choosing buffet and basic gluten free products. Aretusa Restaurant: From Mid-June to Sept. this is the restaurant dedicated to Comfort and Superior rooms’ guests, with reserved table. Appetizers, side dishes, fruits and desserts in a dedicated buffet, and all the wide choice of the grill and show cooking area, water, wine and soft drinks bottled and served are included. At dinner our Chef propose a special Table d’Hotel Menù with a choice of courses served at lunch and at dinner. Poolside Pizzeria: It offers a wide selection of pizzas and beers. Upon advanced reservation on the spot, all beverages at charge, it is open according to the weather conditions and at the management’s discretion. Taste Bar: Coffee bar with outside veranda (at charge): tasting local wines and typical Sicilian sweet or salty products. Every day, except on Sunday, from 16.00 to midnight. All inclusive: buffet breakfast (international), lunch and dinner with soft drink, mineral water and house wine (from dispenser), beer during meals. Open bar (from 10.00 to 24.00) with soft drinks, mineral water, juices, beer, wine, tea, coffee, local liqueurs and spirits (excluded international brands, ice creams and all beverages in bottle). Sweet and salty corners twice a day. Soft and All-inclusive formula are not available at the beach bar. Half board: buffet breakfast (international) and dinner with soft drink, mineral water and house wine (from dispenser), beer during meals.
• VOIFAMILY: A small village expressly dedicated to families and their needs, with areas and equipment specifically designed for children, focusing on comfort and safety. Numerous activities for all ages: sports, creative activities, and games, assisted by a professional team with great skills and a passion for their job. Opening hours allow parents to make the most of their stay while respecting the children’s desires and sleeping patterns. Meals are designed to satisfy children's needs in dedicated areas. The Welcome Desk VOIFamily and a guest-relator are available for any family requirements.
• VOILÀBABY (0-2,99y.o.) from 16/05 to 28/09: A fully equipped nursery with plenty of indoor and outdoor space where the babies will have a great time in a calm and comfortable environment, just like home. The nursery is equipped with steam sterilizers, bottle warmers, hot plates, crockery, a mixer, a fridge, and a microwave, as well as specific products such as clear broth, vegetable soup, fresh fruit, meat/fish/fruit baby food, fresh milk, biscuits, yogurt, water, fruit juices, and nappies. Products are supplied to parents during the assistance time only from 11:30 to 14:30 and from 18:00 to 21:30, with after-hour access possible. There is a baby sleeping area with assistance from 11:30 to 19:30, including baby cots and baby linen. A Baby Welcome Kit is available upon reservation and with a deposit, which includes a stroller, toilet reducer, tub, and bottle warmer. The deposit ranges from €20.00 to €50.00, depending on the items the customer wants to receive. Babies can’t be left alone; parents have to stay with them. Baby-sitting is available at an extra charge, upon request.
• VOILÀ MINI (3-6,99 y.o.) | VOILÀ KIDS( 7-9,99 y.o.) | JUNIOR CLUB (10-12,99 y.o.): The mini clubs are a haven of fun. We run a full schedule of activities throughout the day with the right balance of indoor and outdoor time under the careful supervision of our childcare team. Multilingual support is available from 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM. There's an outdoor game area, and once a week our little guests can have the chance to enjoy breakfast and participate in a treasure hunt with our mascot, Voilà the giraffe. Lunch and dinner are provided in a dedicated area with a specific menu for kids, accompanied by the VOI staff. The games room features a TV, video games, board games, and Wi-Fi. We offer sports activities including football and tennis group lessons for children aged 7 and up, as well as dance classes from the age of 3. Our special sailing section includes windsurfing group courses in optimist boats with professional instructors, available for children aged 8 and older. We also host special workshops such as circus school or juggling, activities in the company of biologists and naturalists, and baby fitness to keep fit. Weekly activities are carried out with families, providing snacks made from natural products in collaboration with children. In the evenings, we have baby dance sessions and a kids’ show once a week. Each child receives a welcome kit that includes a backpack and a cap.
• YOUNG CLUB (13-17,99y.o.) from 30/05 to 28/09: Dedicated to those aged 13 to 17.99 years old, they will be surrounded by a mixed group of peers, engaging in fun activities, socializing, and staying active. Teens will be supervised by one of our activity leaders, who will assist them in creating a variety of enjoyable activities and games. Assistance will be provided in English and German languages. There will be a daily sports and entertainment program running from 10:00 AM to midnight. A special sailing section will offer windsurfing group courses with our professionals. There will also be a hangout area featuring video games and Wi-Fi, as well as dinner in a designated area with VOI staff. A party or disco will follow the evening show.

• CLASSIC ROOM: 23-34m2 - Double Classic (max 2 pax + cot), Triple Classic (min. 3 – max. 3 pax + cot) Quadruple Classic (max 4 pax + cot, some with possibility of 5th adult bed) Classic Rooms are very spacious and colored in yellow, blue and white they create a cozy, informal and relaxing atmosphere. Quadruple Classic Rooms are composed of a living room with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
• FAMILY ROOM: 34 m2 (min. 3 pax, max 4 adults + cot) Family Rooms are spacious quadruple rooms with a door that divides the two spaces: a living room with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed and 1 bathroom.
• PREMIUM ROOM: 23-28 m2 Double Premium (min. 1 – max 2 pax + cot), Triple Premium(min. 3 – max.3 pax + cot) The Premium Rooms, fully refurbished and located in the central building, are closer to the facilities. They also include the following add-ons: Daily change of beach towels (upon request), Courtesy Set, Reserved table in Aretusa Restaurant (until June 1st and from September 28th, reserved table in a dedicated area of the main restaurant), Mini Fridge (beverages included, not restocking), Daily exclusive entrance to the Wellness pool (for guests up to 12 years old)
• PREMIUM FAMILY ROOM: 34 m2 (min.3 – max 4 pax + cot); The Premium Family Rooms, completely renovated and very spacious, consist of 2 rooms separated by a door, 1 living room with 2 single beds and 1 twin or double bedroom and 1 bathroom.
• COMFORT DOUBLE ROOM: 23 m2 (min.1 – max 2 pax + cot); The Comfort Rooms are completely renovated with softly colored furnishings and in the bathroom. Quadruple Comfort Rooms consist of a living room with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom.
• SUPERIOR ROOM*: 28-34 m2 Superior Double (min.2 – max 2 pax + cot) Superior Triple (min.3 – max.3 pax + cot) Superior Quadruple (min. 4 – max. 4 pax, cot up to maximum occupancy) Completely refurbished, they consist of two separate rooms (living room with tv sat and bedroom with another tv sat) and one bathroom.
• SUPERIOR JUNIOR SUITE (40 m2): (min 2 - max. 2 pax + 1 child + cot) The Superior Junior Suite rooms enjoy a central position, surrounded by beautiful gardens. They are close to the main services and ideal for guests looking for more privacy and comfort. They have a large living area, 1 bathroom and a sleeping area with double bed and two satellite TVs with pay per view. In addition to the services included in the Superior rooms, they offer: One sun umbrella and two sunbeds per room reserved on the 1^st row of the beach; Free roundtrip transfer to Syracuse (3 transfer/pax for stays of minimum 7 nights; 1 transfer/pax for shorter stays).

• The resort is from 250 m to 600 m far from a crystal blue sea. The 4-km long coastline in front of the resort is equipped with wooden solarium (available from 15/05 to 18/09) with umbrellas and sunbeds (subj. To availability) with stairs to the sea. Beach service available from 01/05 to 30/09.
• On the beautiful beach of Arenella a reserved and equipped area for our clients reachable by a shuttle-bus from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 19.00.
• Another small sand-pebbly beach is available. Beach Towels available with € 20,00 deposit (change at charge: € 2.00 per change).
