  • Bluserena Villages offer a rich, varied and quality restaurant. Chefs will lead you to discover the regional territory, Italian traditions, culinary proposals from the world and with show cooking they will delight you every day with dishes cooked on sight. In each Bluserena Village, there is a central restaurant with air-conditioned rooms and in many also an outdoor shaded area, in the garden or terrace, Il Patio. All the Village also offer the possibility to choose thematic restaurants different than the central one, all for free, open from 6/12 to 9/9 at least 6 days a week, for lunch or dinner, bookable the day before in the Village (subject to availability): gourmet restaurant Il Gusto (table service) and Blu Beach Restaurant (buffet service).
  • With PIÙ - Bluserena Full Board you have the right, for each restaurant, to one access per week, with Extra Pension two accesses per week; by booking the Formula Jolly you have unlimited access. All Bluserena Villages have two bars, one in the square and one on the beach.
  • FULL BOARD: Central restaurant: buffet breakfast with non-express coffee (from dispenser), buffet lunch and dinner and show cooking, wine on tap and microfiltered water included with meals. The other restaurants of the Village offer the possibility to choose thematic restaurants different than the central one (subject to availability).
  • WITH PIÙ - BLUSERENA FULL BOARD you are entitled to one access per week for each restaurant with the Jolly Formula with unlimited access. It also includes: lunch reserved for children of the Mini Club and children of the Teeny Club and of the Junior Club from 6/12 to 9/9. In the bars: microfiltered water. On the beach: one beach umbrella assigned per room with a sunbed and a deckchair. Baby kitchen/Baby Feeding Facility dedicated to parents for the meals of their children, accessible from 6:00 a.m. to midnight, with assistance and availability of basic products during main meal times.
  • EXTRA BLUSERENA ALL INCLUSIVE OFFER: In addition to the services offered by FULL BOARD “PIÙ”: At the main Bar: coffee bar, soft drinks and draft beer, fruit juices (all in 20 cl glasses); syrups and slushes; selection of national and international liqueurs, liquors and spirits; aperitifs. Cocktail selection from 7:30 p.m. till, at the main bar. Beach bar: coffee bar, soft drinks (orange soda and coke) and draft beer in 20 cl glasses; selection of liqueurs and wine. Bar point at the main restaurant: breakfast with coffee bar; at lunch and dinner two tap drinks in 20 cl glasses (orange soda, coke or draft beer) per person, from 3 years old going up. The other restaurants in the Village: all the Villages offer the possibility to choose thematic restaurants different than the central one, subject to availability. In Extra Board you have two accesses per week for each restaurant, with Jolly Formula unlimited access, subject to availability. On the beach: use of a beach towel per person from 12 years, with change after the 1st week (additional washes are subject to charges). This option can be booked for at least 7 nights (and only for all components of the room or booking in any case connected), it includes personal drinks, served in glasses, available until 2:00 p.m. on the day of departure. In order to access the services it is necessary to use the Smart Card and wear the specific armband. The Extra Formula is subject to limited availability, cannot be used to offer drinks to third parties, can be revoked by the Customer at any time and by Bluserena in case of non compliance with the regulation, in both cases returning to the price of “PIÙ” Bluserena Full Board.
  • JOLLY FORMULA: It gives the right to unlimited access to the thematic restaurants of the Village, upon reservation during the stay, through the online BluserenaGo area. The formula is available from 6/12 to 9/9 and subject to limited availability.
  • BABY KITCHEN/BABY FEEDING FACILITY: Dedicated to parents (with tables, chairs and high chairs) for meals of their children 0-3 years, with assistance and availability of basic products during the main meal times. Homogenized, cheeses and milk for infants in both liquid and powder form are not available. It is accessible from 6:00 a.m. to midnight, during closing times it is possible to request milk to the reception staff.
Rooms
  • 494 rooms renovated in 2023 and bathrooms renovated in 2024, located in two- or three-story buildings, on average 300 m from the sea. They are divided into Classic, Superior, Family, Premium rooms and connecting rooms, all with Wi-Fi. Ground floor rooms have a garden, those on the first and second floors have a small balcony. Accessible rooms available upon request.
  • Classic Room: Rooms for 2 guests with sleeping area renovated in 2023 and bathroom renovated in 2024, some with the possibility of a 3rd additional bed in a single sofa bed. They are equipped with air conditioning, TV, mini-fridge, safe, bathroom. Classic Garden rooms are available on the ground floor with garden and Classic Balcony on the 1st or 2nd floor with a small balcony.
  • Superior Room: Rooms for 3 and 4 guests with sleeping area renovated in 2023 and bathroom renovated in 2024, with the possibility of a 4th additional bed in a single sofa bed. They are equipped with air conditioning, TV, mini-fridge, safe, bathroom. Superior Garden rooms are available on the ground floor with garden and Superior Balcony on the 1st or 2nd floor with a small balcony.
  • Family Room: 4-bed rooms with sleeping area renovated in 2023 and bathroom renovated in 2024, consisting of two environments separated by furniture elements. They are equipped with air conditioning, TV with Sky also for children, mini-fridge, kettle with tea and herbal teas, safe and 2 Serenella beach towels as a gift. Family Garden rooms are available on the ground floor with garden and Family Balcony on the 1st or 2nd floor with a small balcony.
  • Premium Room: Rooms for two/three and 4 guests with sleeping area renovated in 2023 and bathroom renovated in 2024, some with the possibility of adding a third bed in a single sofa bed. In addition to the Classic room amenities, they have a kettle with tea and herbal teas, espresso machine, Wi-Fi, open mini bar (water, 2 soft drinks and beer), rental of one beach towel per person (from 3 years old) with daily change. Premium Garden rooms are available on the ground floor with garden, Premium Balcony on the 1st or 2nd floor with a small balcony, Premium Sea View on the 1st or 2nd floor with sea view balcony.

Beach
  • All Bluserena villages have large sandy and private beaches. The sea, with a sandy and sloping seabed, is suitable for children's swimming. Reserved spots on the beach: each room is assigned an umbrella with a sunbed and a deck chair. Front row umbrellas are available for a fee. On the beach, a water sports park with pedal boats, canoes, sailing, windsurfing, and paddle surf boards. Changing rooms and showers, bar, and information point are also available.

  • From 6TH APRIL 2023 onwards, the Resorts will have a family table, not always the same for the entire stay, in the shaded outdoor area of the central restaurant. It will be possible to book at the same time as the confirmation of the stay and subject to availability, a table per family, assigned for the entire stay, in the inner room of the central restaurant, for a fee of € 5 per day per room. In case of bookings of pre-established groups, guests will have a table shared with other guests of the group in the indoor or outdoor area according to availability to be verified on site.

  • The rates are reserved exclusively for non-residents in Italy. The hotel does not accept bookings from Italian guests and may require the Operator to certify the guest's nationality.

  • Smart Card with a mandatory supplement of €10 per room. For paid services, the Smart Card is sufficient and is delivered upon arrival at the facility. It is a rechargeable prepaid card for purchases at bars (excluding the SPA bar of the GranSerena Hotel), restaurants, the amphitheater, Reception, and the Thalasso SPA of the Ethra Reserve. For each recharge made, a voucher of the same amount will be credited to the Smart Card. This can be used to pay for your purchases (a "multi-use voucher" pursuant to art. 6-quater of D.P.R. 633/72, accepted as payment for goods or services). The card can be recharged at any time at Reception or bars, up to a maximum amount of 200 euros (300 euros at the Kalidria Hotel & Thalasso SPA). Those who have chosen the Extra Full Board or All Inclusive New package at Calaserena Resort must show the Smart Card to use additional services and benefits of the BluserenaPiù Club (for all details, refer to the respective regulations). The Smart Card can be used until departure, including to settle the final bill. It can be returned to Reception to recover any remaining credit, provided it is equal to or greater than 1 euro. Upon request, a commercial receipt is issued. Before leaving, in case of remaining credit, simply deposit the Smart Card and room keys in the designated box in the Hall.
