The tourist resort Torre Normanna is located between Palermo and Cefalù. The hotel, Torre Normanna, by the sea is easily reachable as it is near the Palermo/Messina-Catania highway, about 20 km from the city center of Palermo. It is located in the village of Altavilla Milicia, a small town founded by the Normans around 1060, after the Arabs left the island. Seven kilometers of beaches, dominated by a Norman Tower that inspired the name of the seaside resort "Torre Normanna", a picturesque bay and natural reserves all around. Torre Normanna is located on the Sicilian coast, near Palermo, 5 kilometers from the Termini Imerese train station, 40 kilometers from Punta Raisi airport, and 20 kilometers from the center of Palermo.
