Position
On the eastern coast of Sicily, just north of Catania, there is a small pearl overlooking the sea and which, in our opinion, is one of those stops that cannot be missed on a visit to the Sicilian land; we are talking about Aci Trezza. Among the legends dating back to ancient Greece but also to the much more current Italian literature, it is a fishing village that overlooks the Ionian Sea, protected marine reserve, is about 9 kilometers from Catania. Aci Trezza also hosts a port equipped with naval refueling facilities and excursion centers.
