Program

  • Our chef will teach you how to prepare the crunchy shell that you will work with your hands, how to fry the dough, and how to prepare the delicious cream to fill it. At the end of the course, you will taste the real Sicilian cannolo, made by you like true Sicilian pastry chefs.
