Highlights
  • Day trip to the Aeolian Islands archipelago, a UNESCO heritage site, from Taormina
  • Travel between Sicily and the Aeolian Islands by speedboat
  • Visit the most fashionable Panarea and the evocative Stromboli
Program
  • Bus transfer to the port of Milazzo and immediate boarding on a private motorboat departing at 12:30*. Arrival in Panarea at 15:00 and free time on the island. The smallest, oldest, and lowest island of the Aeolian archipelago is also the most glamorous, very popular with VIPs who love its sea, beaches, and lively nightlife. The historic center, a “painting” of blue and white, is crossed by narrow alleys leading to the Church of San Pietro. A visit to Cala Junco Bay, shaped like an amphitheater and flanked by rocky formations, a spectacular natural pool, is a must. Finally, the sandy beach of Cala degli Zimmari, where lying down is a luxury for a few.

  • Departure from Panarea at 17:30 and arrival in Stromboli at 18:15. Unique in its kind, it is the island on which one of the most active volcanoes in the world lies. The rhythmic explosions of ash and lapilli make it an enchanting and wild place. During the stop, you can visit Piazza San Vincenzo, named after the homonymous church, and the house where Rossellini and Ingrid Bergman stayed. From the square, it is possible to admire a panoramic view of the port with Strombolicchio, the oldest volcano of the Aeolian Islands. Late in the evening, during the return trip, it is possible to admire breathtaking scenes thanks to the Sciara del Fuoco. Arrival in Milazzo between 22:00 and 23:00 depending on the sunset.
